This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director, HR Manager and HR Department. Assists with tasks associated with recruitment, hiring, benefits administration, personnel file maintenance and archiving, and employee relations. This role will manage ongoing administrative tasks to include: verification of employment requests, unemployment responses and National Medical Support Notices. This position will manage the data-entry of HR changes into the company’s HRIS system and will collect, audit and submit corporate employee timecards to the payroll department. This position also backs up the corporate Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
This position is based in the Seattle corporate office and will require prompt and reliable attendance. The current work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:45am – 4:45pm. Please note that this position may require some extended hours (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.) in order to meet business needs.
