This position is responsible for receiving all guests of the corporate office in Seattle by greeting and welcoming visitors at the Reception Desk and by answering and routing incoming calls and emails. Provides excellent customer service to applicants, employees, visitors and customers by providing information, answering questions, connecting them to the correct resource person, and following-up as needed. This position provides general administrative support for the corporate office; including answering a multi-line phone system, sorting, routing and preparing all incoming and outgoing mail, copying and filing of paperwork, the upkeep of general office equipment, and creating and maintaining various spreadsheet reports. Assists managers with scheduling and preparing for meetings; including the general upkeep of shared office spaces and conference rooms, booking vendors for meals and preparing presentation materials and binders. Assists in printing of resumes, sorting and responding to Verification of Employment (VOE) requests, unemployment requests, and various business and employee related request forms.
